At Northern Packers and Movers, we prioritize customer satisfaction and aim to provide the best moving services possible. Our refund policy ensures clarity and fairness in the event of cancellations or service issues.

1. Cancellation Policy

      • If a booking is canceled more than 48 hours before the scheduled service date, a full refund will be issued, minus any processing fees.
      • If a booking is canceled within 48 hours of the scheduled service date, a cancellation fee of 25% of the total service amount will be charged.
      • No refunds will be issued for cancellations made on the same day as the scheduled service date.

    • Cancellations Made by Northern Packers and Movers:

      • If we are unable to fulfill your scheduled service for any reason, a full refund will be provided, and we will assist in rescheduling your move if requested.

2. Refunds Due to Service Issues

  • If you experience issues with our service (e.g., damage, loss, or delays), please contact our customer service team immediately.
  • Refund requests will be evaluated on a case-by-case basis and may be approved based on the nature of the issue, evidence provided, and company policies.

  • Certain fees and charges are non-refundable, including:

    • Advance booking fees if the cancellation terms outlined above are not met.
    • Fees for services already completed or partially completed.
    • Charges for packing materials or any additional services availed during the move.
